2. BJJ All Levels – For adults from beginners to advanced students. This class is a mix of basic and advanced techniques. Beginners will be accompanied by higher belts.

3. BJJ Drills – For adults from beginners to advanced students. Focuses on the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Class format: Warm up and drilling techniques. NO sparring.

4. No-Gi BJJ – For adults from intermediate to advanced students. This class teaches BJJ techniques when students don’t wear the traditional uniform. In No-Gi BJJ, you can’t grab your opponent’s clothing to increase leverage.

5. Muay Thai – or Thai boxing is a 3000 year old martial art and the national sport of Thailand. A striking art that employs the use of punches, elbows, knees and kicks as well as the clinch. KruLeVon focuses on a detailed explanation of techniques to give students from beginners to advanced a solid foundation.
